About the event
A deeply heart connecting and healing ceremony using ritual cacao with a special brew of heart-opening plant energy to heal grief, resistance to self-love & healing, and a journey meditation for somatic relief of emotional trauma. This class will run the day before Valentine's Day and on Valentine's Day itself for those of us who would like to choose the day to fall in love with their heart.
