Bring yoga mat, a cushion to sit on. Optional - drum, rattle, bells, shaker. Wear: comfortable clothes and anything that celebrates your inner Shakti - the creative empowered feminine. Eg reds, crimsons, pinks, bangles, expressing the feminine like a belly dancer might wear. The ceremony will be in bare feet or socks.
