It can be used on yourself and given to others. It is wonderful for adults, children, animals, every and any being, and anyone can learn it. Reiki can also be combined with other modalities and will enhance them. You can use Reiki in counselling, teaching, massage, integrative medicine, psychic work, anywhere you are working with care and compassion.
Reiki energy is so gently powerful, so pure, respectful, unaffected and simple to do. Every Reiki experience you give or receive will be different and the practitioner also receives Reiki healing while performing it, so it means you don't take on the ailments of others.
