What is it like to die?

The human race seems to have an increasingly obsessive fear of death, as if it were something we could and must conquer & control, when really we should have a morbid fear of a meaningless life.

We imagine death to be some kind of devastating aloneness, disconnection, and annihilation.

But it's not!

Were you suffering before you were born?

We are not really afraid of dying....we are terrified of abandonment. But dying is not isolation - it is the most marvellous reconnection. It is becoming love again.

Crossing over is as easy as going to sleep, or as the leaves falling from a great tree that can merge into the vast and beautiful heavens.

If you fear your passing, tell your fear, it's drunk! Then love your life, because all that love and embraced moments goes with you.
